Cheeseburger Pasta Bake with Bacon

250g macaroni pasta

450g lean beef mince

6 rashers of bacon

350ml beef stock

½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp corn flour

3 tbsp ketchup

120g cheddar cheese 

60g mozzarella cheese


  1. Cook the bacon, dry off the fat with a paper towel and chop into pieces.
  2. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions, then drain.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the beef and drain off any fat.
  4. Mix the stock, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and corn flour into a jug.
  5. Combine the pasta, beef, bacon and sauce, stirring well.
  6. Cook on a medium heat until the sauce thickens, adding more beef stock if the mixture becomes too thick.
  7. Grate your cheeses and spread over the top of the mixture.
  8. Cover and cook on a low heat until the cheese is melted.
  9. Serve.
