Giant Pig-in-a-Blanket
Ingredients
12 linked chipolatas
6 rashers of smoked streaky bacon
Drizzle of vegetable oil
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200C / gas mark 6
- Untwist the links between each sausage, making sure they all remain connected.
- Gently squeeze the sausage meat into the gaps to create one long sausage.
- Wrap the bacon rashers diagonally around the sausage until it is all coated.
- Coil the wrapped sausage around itself and place into an ovenproof dish.
- Drizzle with oil and bake for 20 mins until golden brown.
- Serve.
