Pork Stir-Fry
Ingredients
350g lean pork mince
3 garlic cloves, crushed
320g stir-fry veg
4tbsp soy sauce
4tbsp sweet chilli sauce
3tbsp sesame oil
2tbsp ginger puree
2tsp cornflour
350g egg noodles
Method
- Heat the oil in a wok and add the mince, cooking for around 10 minutes until it starts browning.
- Boil the kettle and pour hot water over the noodles, leaving to soften for 5-10 minutes.
- Add the garlic, veg and ginger to the pan and stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
- Mix 1tbsp soy sauce with the cornflour to create a paste and then add in the remaining soy sauce, chilli sauce and 2tbsp water.
- Drain the noodles and add to the pan with the sauce.
- Cook until the sauce has coated everything and serve.
