Pork Stir-Fry

350g lean pork mince

3 garlic cloves, crushed

320g stir-fry veg

4tbsp soy sauce

4tbsp sweet chilli sauce

3tbsp sesame oil

2tbsp ginger puree

2tsp cornflour

350g egg noodles


  1. Heat the oil in a wok and add the mince, cooking for around 10 minutes until it starts browning.
  2. Boil the kettle and pour hot water over the noodles, leaving to soften for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic, veg and ginger to the pan and stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
  4. Mix 1tbsp soy sauce with the cornflour to create a paste and then add in the remaining soy sauce, chilli sauce and 2tbsp water.
  5. Drain the noodles and add to the pan with the sauce.
  6. Cook until the sauce has coated everything and serve.
