INGREDIENTS
Pork sausages
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp caraway seeds
800g pumpkin, peeled & chopped into chunks
2 red onions, peeled chopped into chunks
Beef gravy to serve
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Put the ingredients into a roasting pan, toss to ensure they’re evenly coated in olive oil & roast for around 20 minutes.
- Warm the gravy and prep accompanying vegetables of your choice.
- Serve and enjoy!
